Colored Stone Engagement Rings
Ethical colored gemstones. Crafted in Paris in recycled 18k gold.
A true signature of a unique story, the colored stone engagement ring offers a bold and vibrant alternative to the traditional diamond. Handcrafted in our Parisian workshops, each setting in recycled 18k gold (yellow, white, or rose) or platinum is designed to embrace and enhance the gemstone of your choice, in keeping with our jewelry expertise and ethical commitments.
Deep blue or pastel sapphire, vibrant and mysterious emerald, passionate ruby, or luminous tourmaline: nature offers an infinite palette to express your love. At Maison Mandarine, we source each precious or fine stone with absolute rigor, prioritizing the intensity of its color, the quality of its clarity, and the perfection of its cut.
Because choosing a colored stone is a deeply personal affair, we guide you through a completely custom creation experience. During your appointment at our Parisian workshop, we will present you with a selection of unique gemstones to imagine and design together the engagement ring that will be uniquely yours.
Questions About Our Colored Stone Rings
The choice of your stone depends on your taste and lifestyle. For everyday wear, sapphire and ruby are particularly recommended for their exceptional hardness. Emerald, which is more delicate, or fine gemstones such as tourmaline and aquamarine, offer unique and vibrant hues for a truly singular engagement ring.
Absolutely. Sapphire is the most popular coloured stone for engagement rings. Extremely durable, it is ideal for everyday wear. Beyond the famous deep blue, we custom source sapphires in infinite shades (pink, yellow, green, or Ceylon sapphire) to enhance your recycled gold setting.
Emeralds are fascinating gemstones, prized for their intense green color and natural inclusions, poetically known as "jardins" or "gardens". While they require a little more care than diamonds, we wholeheartedly recommend them for engagement rings. In our Parisian workshop, we design custom and protective settings to keep your stone secure for everyday wear.
During your appointment, we discuss your desires and your budget. We then source several gemstones (sapphire, ruby, emerald, tourmaline, aquamarine, or other fine stones) that meet our strict ethical and quality criteria. You choose the stone that truly captures your heart, around which we will design your custom engagement ring.
