Deliveries in France and within the European Union are carried out via Colissimo, a national carrier recognized for its reliability.

Each shipment includes:

In case of unforeseen circumstances during transport, Maison Mandarine will handle all procedures with the carrier.

Manufacturing and shipping times

Maison Mandarine offers creations handcrafted from recycled 18-carat gold.

• Custom creation: 8 to 12 weeks
  
• Semi-custom: 4 to 8 weeks
• Items available immediately: shipped within 2 to 5 business days
• Size adjustment before shipping: adjusted lead time if necessary

You can choose to pick up your creation at the Maison Mandarine showroom in Paris, by appointment.

For security and confidentiality reasons, your jewelry will be presented exclusively on the date agreed with you.

For intra-muros Paris and certain bordering municipalities, Maison Mandarine offers secure courier delivery:
