Easy and interest-free payment options

To help you purchase your jewelry, Maison Mandarine offers you the option to pay for your order in 2, 3 or 4 interest-free installments.

Installment payments are made by bank transfer, according to a schedule defined at the time of order. This solution allows you to spread out your payment transparently, with no additional fees.

This payment facility applies in particular to our engagement rings and our made-to-order creations.

How do installment payments work?

When you place your order, we will together define a payment schedule. For example, for a 3-installment payment:

• 1st payment: upon order confirmation
• 2nd payment: one month later
• 3rd payment: the following month

Each installment is paid by bank transfer.

Jewelry manufacturing and delivery

The manufacturing of your jewelry begins after receipt of the first payment.

The jewelry is handed over or shipped once all payments have been made. Shipping conditions are detailed on our secured and insured delivery page.

Custom orders

The majority of Maison Mandarine creations are made to order and customized (choice of size, metal, stone, adjustments), they are considered custom creations.

In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, custom orders cannot be withdrawn or cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

Immediately available pieces

For jewelry available in stock, the legal right of withdrawal remains applicable in accordance with current regulations. The conditions are specified on our free returns within 30 days page.
