First resizing is free for 12 months

Mistakes in size can happen, especially when it's a surprise.

For Maison Mandarine rings, the first resizing is offered within 12 months of purchase, within reasonable adjustment limits.

This service applies to our engagement rings and some women's wedding bands.

Each adjustment is carried out with the utmost care, respecting the original design and proportions of the jewelry.

Eligibility conditions

• Ring in perfect condition
• Not deformed
• Has not already been resized
• Adjustment within a reasonable technical limit (± 2 indicative sizes)

Expert adjustment in our Parisian workshop

All resizings are performed in our jewelry workshop in Paris, on creations crafted according to our jewelry expertise.

If modification proves technically impossible without altering the structure or aesthetics of the piece (fully paved ring, specific design, setting constraints), a suitable solution may be considered after assessment.

A quote can be provided starting from €90 for resizing a plain band.

Estimated lead time: 3 to 5 weeks.

Beyond the first resizing

If a second resizing is necessary, or if the adjustment exceeds reasonable technical limits, the service may be charged after a quote.

Some personalized or bespoke creations may require specific assessment before any modification.
