Purchasing a jewel is a commitment. At Maison Mandarine, we do everything to ensure your decision is well-considered, supported, and perfectly informed.
For models immediately available in stock, strictly standard and unmodified, we offer you the possibility to return your jewel within 30 days of receipt.

- Standard models immediately available
- Unworn jewelry in perfect condition
- Not engraved
- Not resized
- Not personalized
- Returned in their original case with invoice
Non-eligible products
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Article L.221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
Consequently, the following cannot be returned:
- Bespoke creations
- Semi-custom models
- Engraved jewelry
- Resized or adjusted pieces
- Any personalized creation (choice of stone, modification, specific adaptation)

As the majority of our jewelry is made to order, we provide guidance beforehand to avoid any uncertainty:
- Personalized advice on sizing
- Validation of stones and proportions
- Additional photos or videos upon request
- Phone or video appointments
Our objective is simple: for your jewel to be perfectly right from the very first moment.
Complimentary resizing
For rings, the first resizing is offered within 12 months of purchase (excluding major transformations).
Free returns
For eligible products returned from metropolitan France or the European Union, return shipping costs are covered by Maison Mandarine.
A secure, tracked, and insured label will be provided to you.

After receipt and inspection of the jewel, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
