A Lifetime Guarantee

For every order, you benefit from a lifetime guarantee against any original manufacturing defect or flaw.
Every Maison Mandarine jewel is handcrafted from recycled 18-carat gold or platinum in our jewelry workshop in Paris, according to the standards of our jewelry expertise.

Despite the care taken in each creation and our quality controls, if an original defect appears on your jewel, our workshop will examine it to determine the cause. If this defect results from a manufacturing flaw or defect, Maison Mandarine will cover the repair or restoration of the jewel, as well as the return shipping costs.

The guarantee applies exclusively to defects attributable to the manufacturing of the jewel. It does not apply in cases of normal wear and tear, shock, deformation, modification, or intervention carried out by a workshop other than Maison Mandarine.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

A jewel naturally evolves with time and use. Certain situations are not due to a manufacturing defect.

• Normal wear and tear of the metal (micro-scratches, natural patina, dulling)
• Shocks, deformations, snags, or impacts
• Loss or breakage of a stone resulting from a shock or wear
• Exposure to chemical products (swimming pool, household products, aggressive cosmetics)
• Loss, theft, or disappearance of the jewel
• Any intervention carried out by a workshop other than Maison Mandarine

To preserve the integrity and safety of your jewel, we recommend entrusting any intervention to Maison Mandarine.

Repairs and Restoration

If your jewel requires a repair that is not covered by the guarantee (shock, wear, snag, re-rhodium plating), our workshop can intervene when technically possible. For a size adjustment, consult our page complimentary resizing.

• Repair or reinforcement of setting
• Replacement of a stone
• Reshaping of a band
• Polishing or re-polishing of the jewel
• Re-rhodium plating of white gold
• Complete restoration

Each intervention is subject to a diagnosis by our workshop, followed by a detailed quote submitted for your approval before any repair.

How to Proceed

1. Contact us at hello@maisonmandarine.com
2. We will provide you with instructions for secure shipping or drop-off at the showroom, under the same conditions as our secure and insured delivery
3. Our workshop performs a diagnosis upon receipt of the jewel
4. We confirm coverage under warranty or provide a quote
5. After validation, the repair is carried out and the jewel is sent back to you

Estimated timeframes: depending on the nature of the intervention, generally between 2 and 6 weeks.

Transparency and Support

If your jewel has suffered a shock or incident (snag, impact), we invite you to simply inform us. This transparency allows our workshop to establish an accurate diagnosis and propose the most suitable solution to preserve your jewel.

Care Tips

• Remove your ring for sports or manual activities

• Have the setting of your stones checked regularly

Regular maintenance helps to preserve the beauty and safety of your jewel over time.

Insurance

For valuable jewels, it may be advisable to take out personal insurance to cover loss, theft, or significant damage.
